Welcome To the Always There For You Team

Twelve Year History of Delivering Excellence in Home Health Care

A big thank you to our loyal clients for recommending our services to your friends and neighbours. With your support, we are now celebrating our twelfth year of delivering home health services.  We have achieved some notable milestones in the last twelve years that we would like to share with you.

  • We have assisted over one thousand families within our service areas of Richmond, South Vancouver, Delta and White Rock.
  • We have expanded our services and now work with seniors and others who are suffering from chronic health care issues.  Our clients range in age from their early twenties to well into their hundreds.
  • Our clients have a variety of chronic diseases that range from strokes, dementia/alzheimer's and include patients recovering from hip and ankle replacements.
  • We have maintained an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau throughout the twelve years.
  • Our team has grown to over eighty highly competent workers and caregivers, many of whom have been with us for over five years.

Drop In When You Visit Historic Steveston

Our offices are located in the historic village of Steveston which is located in the South West corner of Richmond.  Steveston is a tourist destination in itself and is well worth visiting.  Our Steveston offices are located less than 100 metres from the major public transportation loop.  When you come to Steveston, please drop into our offices and enjoy a fresh cup of coffee or tea.

Your ATFY Caregiver lives in Your Neighbourhood

Always There For You caregivers live in your neighbourhoods and many of them are within walking distance of your home. The Always There For You Team members shop in the same stores that you visit, our children go to the same schools that your children attend.  Our Caregivers live throughout Richmond, South Vancouver, Delta and White Rock.

We host a number of celebrations for our family of caregivers.  We believe that encouraging social interaction between our teams ensure that we can share the many care strategies that we develop and rapidly disseminate them to all the ATFY care teams that comprise our family.

We conduct a variety of in-house training programs for our staff and caregivers. There are many care strategies evolving in the field and it is important for our caregivers to have access to the latest findings and techniques. This training complements the technical training that our caregivers have received when they earned their credentials.

Client Testimonials

"I cannot thank the workers at Always There For You enough for the exceptional care they have given my mother.  In the hospital the doctors told me she probably wouldn't get much better but since she has been home with the loving treatment she has been getting she has thrived beyond my expectations. I am convince that never would have happened without these experienced caregivers. I believe I owe her well being to them."
